Onsite Registration

Keynote and Invited Speeches

The conference chair will host an opening ceremony. After that, keynote and invited speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo

 

 

13:00-18:00

Parallel Sessions

Parallel sessions will be going on in the afternoon, presenters should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes earlier to copy his ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A.

 

 

18:00-20:00

Banquet Dinner

The conference chair and the organiser will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner, where the best papers will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants' early departure, best presentation may be selected and announced right after each session ends.

 

 

June 17

 

 

09:00-18:00

Academic Visit/Excursion

One the last day of the conference, an academic visit to a local university will be arranged. So the delegates get to enjoy the atmosphere of the local campus, and visit the laboratory and see on-going research projects. If time permits, an excursion will also be arranged on this day.

The conference program will be updated in May 2022. Please arrage your schedule as above brief program.

 

Instructions for Conference Delegates:
Devices provided by the organizer
 Presentation Laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Reader 
 Projector and Screen with Audio Support 

Delegates should bring their presentations in Memory Stick/ Storage Devices as MS Power Point presentation/ PDF file and upload them on the Presentation Laptop provided by the organizer in advance.

Delegates presenting by posters, should bring a printed poster. The poster should be big enough to be easily readable by the viewers( The poster should be A1 size, portrait).
Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes of Q & A session.
"Certificate of Attendance" for listener can be collected at the registration counter on request. "Participation Certificate" for authors and presenters will be provided only after the presentation by session chair.


Attendance is mandatory for following activities:
 Opening and Keynote Speech 
 Team Activity 
 Valediction Ceremony 

Organizer will not provide accommodation, so the delegates are suggested to make early reservation.
